STATIC PITCH NOW AVAILABLE.Little Kings Park is a quiet 5-star family park.The pitch that is available is in a walled area of 20 Static Caravans – 7 are privately owned, 13 are hire vans.The position of the available pitch is such that it enjoys a sizeable area to the side of the caravan which is secluded and is ideal for lounging about outside (we cut the grass for you!) – or a little light gardening on the flower bed – or perhaps a barbeque with friends.This area is close to all the Park amenities – shop, swimming pool, bar/restaurant, laundry room, telephone box – but not on top of them.The centre of this area has a large grass area with central flower bed and a concrete roadway.There is no parking beside the caravan – instead cars are parked in the adjoining car park making it a much safer area for the “free-range” children.The base will take up to 35ft x 12ft Static Caravan with space for decking to the side.The caravans are connected to mains water, electricity, drainage and mains (LPG) gas - the gas and electric are on meters. We can suggest some dealers for your choice of caravan and this can remain with us for a maximum of ten years. There is a great deal to see in this area - or you can just relax and unwind - as was said by one of our guests "It's so easy to relax here - you feel as though you're in another world".
