| Sited on the exclusive Valley View development at Combe Haven our holiday home is in the ideal location for you to enjoy your stay on this popular holiday park. Our modern caravan is an easy level walk form the main complex with the NEW indoor and outdoor swimming pools with the new Space Bowl Flume ride, Live Lounge, Mash & Barell Cafe/Bar/Lounge, Burger King and Papa Johns takeaways, shop and amusement arcade. The new development improves the landscaping around our caravan, provides allocated parking, a patio area by each caravan and increased spacing between caravans. All caravans on the new development will be to a high specification and most will be owned.
Our caravan is a Cosalt Cascade and sleeps up to 8 guests. There are two twin bed rooms, 1 double bed room and a pull out double bed in the lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen area has an open plan feel but it still includes lots of storage space, a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, four gas rings, full size oven and grill (electric ignition), kettle and toaster.
In the lounge area is a powerful gas fire to keep the room warm on cold nights, a 22” flat screen television with integrated Freeview and DVD player and a large seating area. Each of the bedrooms contains a wardrobe, storage draws and bed side tables. Each bedroom has an electric room heater. As well as a separate toilet, there is a second toilet in the shower room with a wash basin. The shower room also an electric room heater.
The caravan is fitted with net curtains throughout.The caravan is let fully equipped with an inventory for 8 people, fridge (with ice box), full size oven, grill, hob, microwave oven, kettle and electric toaster. Pillows and Duvets are provided for all the beds. We would recommend that you bring your own bed linen with you but if you prefer it can be hired from Hire Shop on the park. Fun works Passes may be required for each person, giving them access to all the activities and events on the park.
To make the start of your holiday as relaxing as possible we offer a private key collection so that you do not need to queue for caravan keys (particularly important during the peak summer weeks) and for weekend changeovers we can collect your passes (if ordered) too. We also provide complimentary tea and coffee on arrival. All of our prices include all gas and electricity which are mains supplied so you do not have to worry about changing gas bottles in the middle of the night.
