One double room (with TV,) two twin rooms, all rooms have
wardrobes and thermostatically controlled heating, 2 children’s bed guards.
LARGE LOUNGE:
With 26” LCD TV, Free view, DVD, play station, games jigsaws, books etc.
DINING/KITCHEN:
Seating for six, fully equipped kitchen with; gas cooker, oven & grill, microwave, toaster,
kettle, iron & ironing board, plus all the crockery and utensils you will need.
OUTSIDE SHED:
Large barbeque, sun-loungers, windbreaker, patio table and chairs, swing-ball
and other games all for your use.
Separate WC and step in shower.
SITE FACILITIES:
Reception, well stocked shop, Launderette, Children’s play park.

Important Notes.
Duvets and pillows for each bed are provided, however you
will need provide your own linen which includes: - duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
The children's park is a minute's walk from our caravan which also benefits from being able to see
the children from the caravan while you relax or cook dinner on the barbeque.
Private Child friendly, sandy beach with rock pools, only 5 minutes walk away, (no parking hassle or charges).
All electric and gas is included in the price of the holiday, there are no extras…
