Take a week or short break in one of our holiday lodges to help you to get the feel of the place. If you purchase a new lodge within 3 months of completing your holiday, then we will deduct the hire charge from the price of your lodge! Demand for lodge holidays is currently far outstripping supply - we anticipate average lettings in excess of 40 weeks per lodge this year, which gives an annual income of up to £10,000 after deducting commission, depending upon which weeks you choose to release for hire. Our commission rate is 25% which includes cleaning, linen hire and VAT. We do all the work for you - all you need to do is tell us which weeks you wish to release for hire, and we take care of the rest. We look after your hirers, collect the holiday charge for you and pay straight into your bank account on a monthly basis. |
