Warkworth a stunning part of England with a stunning beach in Northumberland near Alnwick
A lovely quiet site, subletting not allowed with low site fees - with regret we have decided to sell our 2 bedroom (think 6 berth may be more although need to clarify this as we have only ever used the main bedroom) static caravan ,the reason because we have a beautiful new baby girl and feel that we would not be able to take full advantage of the caravan as much as we would like to, although we are not desperate to sell and as my partner thinks we should keep it until our daughter is older (the more I am writing this description the more I am entitled to agree with him). We have re-carpeted the two bedrooms and have purchased two brand new single mattresses and one brand new double mattress, we have had a brand new sky box and ariel installed over a year ago and had the oven and cooker professionally cleaned. The caravan has gas running to it no bottles and the electrics have been updated to accomadate more appliances. The beach is approx 2 miles away and in my opinion it's the most stunning beach I have seen in England and compares with many of the best I have seen abroad with the stunning sand dunes. The history in Warkworth is fantastic with local pubs serving nice food not far from Alnwick not far from Newcastle and approx 1 hour away on the train to Edinburgh. The cost £5800.00 ONO
